What we collect
The only information this website collects is what you choose to give us through the contact form: your name, phone number, the service you're interested in, and any message you write.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — which pages are viewed, how long people stay, and roughly where visitors are browsing from. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects your IP address and device/browser information for this purpose. We don't use this data to identify you personally, and we don't run advertising or retargeting scripts on this site. See Google's privacy policy for how they handle this data.
What happens when you submit the contact form
When you submit the form, two things happen at once:
- Your details are emailed to us through Web3Forms, a third-party form-relay service. Web3Forms processes the submission only to deliver it to our inbox — see their own privacy policy for how they handle that.
- WhatsApp opens on your device with a pre-filled message containing your name, service of interest, and message, ready for you to send directly to our clinic number. Your phone number isn't included in this message since it's sent from your own WhatsApp account — we only receive it through the emailed form submission above. We only receive the WhatsApp message if you choose to send it.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule a consultation, and communicate with you about your treatment. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing, and we don't use it for anything beyond managing our relationship with you as a patient or prospective patient.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and appointment information for as long as needed to provide care and maintain reasonable patient records, consistent with standard clinical record-keeping practice.

If you'd like us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, email us at dentalatelier.isb@gmail.com and we'll action it directly.
